Momento Stack
Privacy Policy
Momento Stack does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Your notes live on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud account. The developer never sees them.
What the app stores
Momento Stack stores only what you create in it:
- Your notes — the text you write and the style you pick for each note (color, font, text color, alignment).
- Your categories — their names, colors, and order.
- Deletion markers — when you delete a note or category, a small record of that deletion is kept for up to 90 days so the deletion can sync to your other devices. It contains no note content.
This data is stored on your device in a private container shared only between the app and its widget. Nothing is stored on any server run by the developer, because there is none.
iCloud sync
If iCloud is enabled for Momento Stack on your device, the same data is kept in your personal iCloud account using Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage so that your notes appear on your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. This data is transferred and stored by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; the developer has no access to it.
You can turn sync off at any time in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → Momento Stack. The app keeps working with on-device storage only.
Widget, Siri, and Shortcuts
The Home Screen widget reads your notes from the same on-device container to display them. When you choose which note a widget shows, or use Momento Stack with Siri or Shortcuts, the list of your notes is read on your device to let you pick one. None of this leaves your device.
What the app does not do
- No account, sign-up, email address, or phone number is required or requested.
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind — no identifiers, no usage statistics, no fingerprinting.
- No third-party software development kits (SDKs) are included in the app.
- No network connections are made other than Apple's iCloud sync described above.
- No access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, location, or any other device data.
If you have enabled Share With App Developers in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, Apple may share anonymized crash reports with the developer. This is controlled by you in iOS settings, contains no note content, and is used only to fix crashes.
Deleting your data
- Delete a note or category in the app to remove it from your device and from iCloud on all your devices.
- Delete the app to remove all of its data from that device.
- To remove synced data from iCloud as well, delete your notes in the app before deleting it, or manage the app's data in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
Children
Momento Stack is a general-purpose notes app and is not directed at children. Because it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
Changes to this policy
If the app's privacy practices ever change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.

سياسة الخصوصية
لا يجمع Momento Stack أي بيانات شخصية ولا ينقلها ولا يبيعها ولا يشاركها. ملاحظاتك تبقى على جهازك، وإن اخترت ذلك، في حساب iCloud الخاص بك. المطوّر لا يطّلع عليها أبداً.
ما الذي يخزّنه التطبيق
يخزّن Momento Stack فقط ما تنشئه فيه:
- ملاحظاتك — النص الذي تكتبه والنمط الذي تختاره لكل ملاحظة (اللون، الخط، لون النص، المحاذاة).
- فئاتك — أسماؤها وألوانها وترتيبها.
- علامات الحذف — عند حذف ملاحظة أو فئة، يُحتفظ بسجل صغير لعملية الحذف لمدة تصل إلى ٩٠ يوماً حتى يتزامن الحذف مع أجهزتك الأخرى. لا يحتوي هذا السجل على محتوى الملاحظة.
تُخزَّن هذه البيانات على جهازك في حاوية خاصة يتشاركها التطبيق وأداته فقط. لا يُخزَّن أي شيء على خادم يديره المطوّر، لأنه لا يوجد خادم أصلاً.
مزامنة iCloud
إذا كان iCloud مفعّلاً لتطبيق Momento Stack على جهازك، تُحفظ البيانات نفسها في حساب iCloud الشخصي الخاص بك عبر خدمة iCloud Key-Value Storage من Apple، لتظهر ملاحظاتك على أجهزتك الأخرى المسجّلة بحساب Apple نفسه. تنقل Apple هذه البيانات وتخزّنها وفق سياسة خصوصية Apple، ولا يملك المطوّر أي صلاحية للوصول إليها.
يمكنك إيقاف المزامنة في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← [اسمك] ← iCloud ← التطبيقات التي تستخدم iCloud ← Momento Stack. يستمر التطبيق في العمل بالتخزين على الجهاز فقط.
الأداة وSiri والاختصارات
تقرأ أداة الشاشة الرئيسية ملاحظاتك من الحاوية نفسها الموجودة على جهازك لعرضها. وعند اختيار الملاحظة التي تعرضها الأداة، أو استخدام Momento Stack مع Siri أو الاختصارات، تُقرأ قائمة ملاحظاتك على جهازك لتتمكن من الاختيار. لا يغادر أي من ذلك جهازك.
ما لا يفعله التطبيق
- لا يتطلب ولا يطلب حساباً أو تسجيلاً أو بريداً إلكترونياً أو رقم هاتف.
- لا تحليلات ولا إعلانات ولا تتبّع من أي نوع — لا معرّفات ولا إحصاءات استخدام ولا بصمة جهاز.
- لا يتضمن التطبيق أي حزم برمجية من أطراف ثالثة (SDKs).
- لا يُجري أي اتصال بالشبكة سوى مزامنة iCloud من Apple الموضحة أعلاه.
- لا يصل إلى الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الموقع أو أي بيانات أخرى على الجهاز.
إذا كنت قد فعّلت المشاركة مع مطوّري التطبيقات في إعدادات iOS ← الخصوصية والأمن ← التحليلات والتحسينات، فقد تشارك Apple تقارير أعطال مجهولة الهوية مع المطوّر. يتحكم أنت في ذلك من إعدادات iOS، ولا تحتوي التقارير على محتوى الملاحظات، ولا تُستخدم إلا لإصلاح الأعطال.
حذف بياناتك
- احذف ملاحظة أو فئة داخل التطبيق لإزالتها من جهازك ومن iCloud على جميع أجهزتك.
- احذف التطبيق لإزالة كل بياناته من ذلك الجهاز.
- لإزالة البيانات المتزامنة من iCloud أيضاً، احذف ملاحظاتك داخل التطبيق قبل حذفه، أو أدِر بيانات التطبيق من الإعدادات ← [اسمك] ← iCloud ← إدارة تخزين الحساب.
الأطفال
Momento Stack تطبيق ملاحظات للاستخدام العام وليس موجهاً للأطفال. ولأنه لا يجمع بيانات من أي شخص، فهو لا يجمع بيانات من الأطفال.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا تغيّرت ممارسات الخصوصية في التطبيق في أي وقت، ستُحدَّث هذه الصفحة ويتغيّر تاريخ السريان أعلاه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغيير يعني قبولك للسياسة المحدّثة.
